Talk about Kindred: the Embraced as a show. What were your favorite scenes? Episodes? What was best about the show in general? What could have been done better? Should they make a movie? You get the general idea.

I remember when the show first came out, "Cool! A show based on the game." And I was even happier with the show. I'm big into romance and I loved the romance aspect to it. It was interesting to pick out what abilities that were in the game were used in the show (like Earthmeld, when Julian goes into the ground be with with his wife).
I liked the characters. They were interesting and I didn't find them annoying. Well, I wasn't too pleased with Cameron. But maybe if the show was able to continue and his character fleshed out my opinion would have changed.
I'm really saddened over Mark Frankel's death. I've read that Showtime was going to pick up the show, but Frankel's death prevented it.
I still love watching the show, thought my VHS is getting warn. I'll need to get it on DVD. I'll have to be careful, I know with the DVD that there is another version of the show (I've seen it, it has different scenes and different music). I want what was aired on TV.

I've only seen what was on the DVD version. I think it would be interesting to piece it together with the VHS version. I totally agree with you on Mark Frankel. I'm a pretty recent fan, and not being much of a gamer, I know Kindred only through the show.
Nothing could make me like Cameron, I think, and Eddie Fiori made me angry, so I guess you could say I love to hate him. It would have been wonderful if they could have slown it down.
My one big problem with the show is that they rushed things. Especially sub-plots. Like the romance between Daedalus and Elaine Robb. That could have gone on for a few episodes, but they didn't let it. As a result, their dialogue is corny and unbelievable. Funny thing is, that's still my favorite episode.
