Sakura sat quietly on the shore of a beautiful lake, looking around, blinking curiously. "It's so lonely here.. But it's so beautiful.. I wonder why nobody comes here.." She whispered to herself, her strange, rare wings making a light twinkle as she raised them each of the twelve moving on their own, apart from the others, yet still in unision.
"Because it is said strange, yet magical things happen here. Fate and destiny become void in this part of our world." Sakura gave a jump and fell into the lake as Rei's voice startled her. Rei sat perched on a nearby rock, emotionless, bloody eyes staring coldly at Sakura. "Few tred upon mysterious lands, young one. Why do you visit the unknown and lonely?" She asked, her ominous, monotone voice carrying across the wind.
"I'm just curious miss. I'm sorry if I had disturbed you. I'll leave if you wish." With that, Sakura gave a bow, her wings folding in, glassy inappearance, yet they moved with fluidity like silk. "May I ask why you come here though if it is so strange?" Sakura asked, looking up.
"I go where the winds take me. Should the strange and mysterious beckon my presence and call for me I shall come." She answered, staring down at Sakura, intrigued by this rare critter of her kind.
Eslewhere, Addy was chasing little Cosette through the open flowers, laughing at her freedom. "Cosette! Cosette! Cease this rampid behavior and hath the light to come back to I!" Cosette sought no morals to return to her older sister however, and just continued fleeing, giggling and chirping cutely all the many while. Where Addy was confined, Cosette was too free spirited for such, and the two had renewed strength together to break out of their prison that was 'home' much more often than normal.

Maha found herself walking idly by the lake, her wings tucked close on her back. As she walked further, she noticed there were two other gems here. "Oh, dear me. Pardon me if I am intruding," she said quietly, dipping her head to the two in apology.Shelby had been napping when he heard Adelaide's calls for Cosette. Standing up, he shook to rid himself of the feeling of sleep and nosed the strap of his drum so it would hang around his neck. Stretching his wings, he flexed them so he could float above the field of flowers, looking for the caller. When he found her, he landed lightly near her. "Hallo," he called. "Can I help you find something?" His smile to Adelaide was friendly as he walked closer to her.Yuki was washing dirt from his paws when he saw Cosette run past giggling. "Hey!" he called. Curious, he had to follow. Flapping his wings, he was lifted out of the stream and followed the sound of Cosette's laughter. "You know you really shouldn't be here by yourself!" He called after her as he looked. He shouldn't be here by himself either but the gem who had been guarding him didn't care much for the younger generations. In fact, Phobos cared little for other Gems, period. He needed a girlfriend.

Sakura blinked as a new voiced entered her ears, and she turned her head, her wings sparkling and transparent, fluttering daintly as she moved. "Oh no, you're not intruding." She said quietly, smiling quite brightly. "I'm Sakura, who may you be? I like your hat-thingy." She said, not knowing what a bonnet was, and bowing her head as well.
Rei however, did not react in surprise, as if she knew Maha had come, or was coming, before the critter had appeared. She turned her head slowly, her bloody eyes slightly interested, though they seemed more concentrated on Sakura, who was more decorated in both attire and bodily differences than either her or Maha. She bowed her head alittle in respect, as Maha did, but did not speak, letting Sakura talk.
Adelaide took to a halt as Shelby called to her, blinking and looking at him, but then turned her head in concern to watch Cosette. The little critter however, had bound off way infront, her speedyness on her legs unmatched by Addy, and probably most adults. She calmed however, when another critter appeared by Cosette, and the little one halted in curiosity. Assuming she'd be fine with a new playmate, Addy turned to Shelby and bowed her head. "Pardon my rude behavior sir, I hath been chasing mine little sister, Cosette. Her spirits astound me, and in her haste, her spirits too traveled to I. She hath found a new playmate though now, and I do not suppose she will be any more trouble with her haste. My name is Adelaide, or Addy as many of thee young call I. May I hath thy name?" She asked politely, raising her head and giving a smile.
Cosette halted in her tracks when she heard a new voice, blinking and looking around curiously, not realizing it had come frmo above. She squeaked in her cute way and ran around in circles, for whoever had called at her. "Who called me who called me?" She asked, repeating herself.

Maha dipped her head again. "Thank you, Miss Sakura. I'm Maha, and pleased to meet you both." She hadn't gotten the name of the other gem who was with Sakura, but it felt rude to ask if it had not been freely given. She smiled softly at the two. "May I ask what brings you to the lake?""It's nice to meet you, Lady Adelaide," he said, for surely such a regal gem had to at least be a lady if not a princess. "I'm Shelby. I've not been around many of the younger gems, but I think a lot of them have tons of energy like that." His smile was easy as he spoke to her.Yuki giggled a little. "I'm up here, silly," he said as he hovered upside down just above her. "I'm Yuki, what's your name?" His curiousity usually overrode his shyness, especially with gems that were young like him.

Sakura gave a smile and nodding joyfully. She enjoyed meeting new gems, and making new friends. While she had an awful memory, she enjoyed making lifelong friends on her travels. Her lineage was not one to be underestimated, Sakura was a princess, but she had to abandon that life, for her memory had been shattered by dark gems. Her father and mother concerned she would've been hurt, sent her and a companion off to in hopes, jog her memory.
Sakura though, was left behind after her memory did come back, due to her friends needing to journey onward for their sake and hers, and now she stood to find new friends and help them as her friends did her. "I'm a traveller. This lake seemed so peaceful, so I came here to enjoy it. It's a pleasure to meet you too. Oh! This is Rei." Sakura chirped, looking at the silent critter. "Why are you here?" She asked cheerfully, smiling brightly.
Rei nodded as Sakura introduced her, and listened to her explain her reason for being at this lake. "Indeed, I'm Rei. Enchanted." She said formally, bowing her head once more. "I too, am a traveller. This lake is closest place to what I can call home. It beckons to me, so I come to it." She stated, before once again returning to silence.
Adelaide smiled brightly as Shelby responded to her, and bowed once again, her tiara shimmering lightly. "It is in mine pleasure too, to hath meet thee. I do agree, thine younglings hath such fine energy of a thousand winds and surely others hath twice that! It is that so amazing to I that I witness it so! Doth thou enjoy the presence of the younglings, sir Shelby?" Addy asked, smiling.
Cosette instantly jumped backward, rolling back and landing on her stomach, blinking curiously as she watched Yuki fly, an amazement in her expression. "You can fly you can fly! My name's Cosette! It's nice to meet you Yuki!" She exclaimed, hopping up and down and fluttering her wings, skipping to and fro around Yuki's hovering body, watching him. "Fly fly! Yuki can fly! Cosette wants to fly too!"
