YOU should make your own forum space, and keep a running tab on all the characters that you use in there. So each member who chooses to role play here, should have their own forum full of characters. If you use the same character for each role play but change something, just make a note of it on that characters post.

Vice Captians and Crew members should all be posted under a sticky, and regular members should all be posted as a regular forum post.
