This is called Shirred Eggs. Its made with salmon and is REALLY good.  This is a Pear Souffle. It has pear, apple and grape slices. Its very yummy!  This is Eggs Bennedict. English Muffin, Canadian Bacon, Egg and Hollandaise sauce. Yummy but fattening!

oooo. the eggs were YUMMY! Great job with the brunch, we have to do that at the end of our five week trial.

Ooooh those all look (and sound!) really good! Eggs benedict is definitely my favorite, and my old roomie's dad made his sauce a little differently than a traditional hollandaise sauce. It was mostly American cheese, which kids tend to like a little better until they develop a taste for the real thing.

Cheese sauces are definately better for children when trying and testing out foods they will potentially like.

Breakfast Blintz. A small VERY thin like pancake and has a cream cheese filling with marscapone. The sauces are a Blueberry and Ginger (The stripe in the middle) while the other redder one is Raspberry (The Z shape). On top is some yummy raspberries, blackberries and blueberries. Also Whip Cream and walnut pieces.

The cupcakes are ADORABLE! I would love to make those. Im very curious as to what their flavors are and what it taste like. How awesome!
The PBJ's are cute to. I used to do that with this little boy I baby sat for a summer except I did dinosoars. Great way to get kids to eat and finish their sandwhiches.

Im so glad that Im out of B&P I like regular cooking far much better. Though in a year or two ill be back for the whole year of B&P. lol.

Sushi is actually really easy to make! A little messy until you get use to it and the sticky rice is REALLY sticky! But it was so much fun, I do miss the kitchen a lot, but I do not think I will be back any time soon for culinary.
