This is the City's charitable organization. If you post here, you donate to the person above you. The first person to post DOES NOT donate to me, (unless he or she wants to, of course.) The second person to post below me donates to the first person, who officially starts the event. Donations can be anything you can spare from gold, to items, to cans and tickets, anything useful in a quest.
Now, without further ado...
