Milly walked inside and normally sat down on the leather sofa as her father had told her too.She crossed her legs in the uncomfortable dress Persephone forced her to wear since,"Even the daughter of the god of the underworld has to look nice."she always said.Chiron was right behind Mr. D,as they walked in."Excuse me?But,who are you?"Mr. D looked at her just as she had expected and she rolled her eyes and stood up,"Are you-?"Milly didn't let Chiron finish his sentence,"I am Millefescent Zeleska,daughter of Hades."

Elizabeth walked through the doorway not sure exactly what she would say. She was new to this whole thing about being a demi-god and didn't know what was normal and what was not. She saw that Chiron was busy and decided to patiently wait outside the Biig House rocking back and forth on her feet. She had heard her father, or at least what she thought her father sounded like. She wasn't as concerned that she was hearing voices as she was with what he had been saying. He had said something about danger being near and to watch who you trust or something like that. Elizabeth shrugged to herself and patiently waited her head spinning and her eyes every now and then lingering towards the archery field since archery was something she had never tried before.

Amber carefully felt around for the door to the Big House. The knob was cold and slippery. She struggled with the knob for a good 30 seconds before getting the door open. Amber sighed. She hated being blind. She walked into what she supposed was the main room of the Big House- and bumped right into Mr. D. "Hey! watch where you're going!" He said turning on Amber. "I'm so sorry!" She said backing away. She felt a hand on her shoulder. It was Chiron. "Dionisyies, this is our new camper. Amber- remember?" "Oh her. She's the useless blind kid right?" Mr. D said. Amber's face reddened and she turned to go- but she couldn't remember where the door was! Chiron took her arm and led her to the door, he spoke to her softly. "Can you wait out here until we're done please?" Amber nodded.

Elizabeth saw the girl appear on the porch with her. She looked at her and scanned her with her eyes. Then without thinking said," You're different... I can see it." Her face then reddend at the rude comment. Telling the truth wasn't always an advantage for Elizabeth. Now a bunch of people probably thought she was some loud mouth jerk who had no care for other people's feelings.

"Yeah... I'm different alright." Amber's face was returning to its normal color. Amber saw the guilty look on the girls face. "I don't mind you commenting on my eyes." Amber smiled softly.

Amber turned as Chiron opened the door and lead her inside. Chiron had a soft tone when he spoke to her, as if she couldn't understand english. Despite her bad temper, she let Chiron talk to her like this- she would prove a lot during the next game of capture the flag. "I hope you understand that you won't beable to join in on... some activities at camp." said Chiron. Amber turned on Chiron "What's that supposed to mean?!" Her face turned red again, so that her pale white eyes stood out. "It means that you will be trained specialy by me." Chiron said, keeping his soft tone. "But what if I want to do stuff that the other kids get to do?!" Amber said, agitated. She didn't like to be talked to like she was helpless. "I want to feel like I'm normal." Amber whispered.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa," a voice came from outside the door. "Slow down, Chiron. Amber is just as capable as any of us. You don't know what you're talking about." Ellende leaned against the wall, not bothering to come inside the room. She knew perfectly well that when it came to eavesdropping, everyone would know it was her, but she didn't really care. Nobody messed with Amber on her watch.

Amber was beginning to think that she would have a chance against Chiron if Ellende helped talk her out of this. "Chiron- why don't we test out my skills at the fighting arena and you can decide weather I'm good enough to participate."
((our characters can be in 2 places at once right?))

((I have no clue. I usually am in multiple places and the Captain has never yelled at me.))
"That sounds fair," Ellende said, leaning on the doorway and looking in at them. She hadn't ever disagreed with Chiron on anything before. The centaur had been the first person to befriend a lonely, scared six year old girl who had just lost her mother and Ellende considered himself in debt to him. However, she felt strongly that Amber deserved fair training.

Amber noticed the respect in Ellende's eyes and felt bad for making her turn against Chiron. "Chiron- If you'd like me to just miss out on these oppertunities- I will, but I really think I have a chance at this, and I'd like to beable to protect myself." Said Amber. Chiron's eyes softened "We'll see how you do alright?" he said. Amber's face brightened. "Thank you Chiron!" Amber dashed- or as fast as someone who can't see where they're going can go- out of the Big House, and as she passed Ellende, she whispered "thank you Ellende."
