Healthy Fat = Omega-3 fatty acids, polyunsaturated fats and monounsaturated fats. You want to stay away from saturated fat. Healthy fats differ from unhealthy fats because they are responsible for numerous bodily functions, where unhealthy fats are empty calories which have no nutritional value.

arrow Polyunsaturated fat is found in vegetable oils such as corn, sunflower, safflower, cottonseed and soy. They are also found in nuts and seeds.

arrow Monounsaturated fat is found in olive oil, canola oil, peanut oil, avocados and nuts such as almonds, hazelnuts and pecans.

arrow Omega-3 fatty acids are a type of polyunsaturated fat that are known as the healthiest of all fats. They are found in salmon, mackerel, sardines and other fatty fish. Omega-3’s are also found in flax seed, flax seed oil, soybeans, walnuts and canola oil.

Unwanted fat makes you start over your knocking-you-off diet which will make you fat again and suffer that just-starting-diet pain again and all hard work are for nothing.Bad,huh?

A couple times a months, have an only mush-and-liquid day. Meaning beverages as usual, oatmeal, cereal, porridge, soup, chunky chili, ect. It's easier fo your body to digest liquid then solid food. At least that is what I have found.
