Scarlett walked downstairs, her small, warm house creaking everytime she placed all the weight of her small frame on a new stair. Something was wrong, something big. Matt had just called her with a very serious tone. Matt and serious tone in the same sentence almost never happens. Scarlett snatched her keys off of the counter and walked out of her door. She jumped in her new Scion xB and drove to the hospital, where everyone else was.
When she walked in the door, she was confronted by all of the familiar faces she hadn't seen in years. Zacky, Matt, Johnny, Syn, Leana, and Jimmy's Parents were all standing there. "It's true isn't it?" She quietly said, trying not to startle anyone.
Leana looked up, the tears blurring her vision. She couldn't say anything, she couldn't move from her spot. Her feet were glued to the cold, hospital floor.
To Scarlett the room smelled like death, and everywhere she turned there were ghosts, how long they'd all been dead, she wasn't sure. Their ages all varried, some were kids, others were old, some were even teenagers. She'd skimmed the faces of the crowd of ghosts, and caught a glimpse of someone, someone she didn't want to see in the crowd. Jimmy. She sighed inwardly and turned away, trying to ignore him, though she was sure he made eye contact with her.

Lacey slowly left Johnny's side and walked over to Leana. She wrapped her arms around her friend and hugged her.

Leana moved her arms slightly, wrapping Lacey in a delicate hug. A lot was going through her mind, but she pushed her thoughts to the side. "I'm glad you could be here." She whispered quietly.

Lacey kissed the side of her friends head. "I'll always be here for you Leana. You know that." She whispered back. She still couldn't believe it but push the empty feeling she had gotten when she found out aside and focused on comforting Leana.
