Favorite movie is a hard call... especially with all the different genres of movies...
Action= I Am Legend
Romance= A Walk To Remember
Comedy= Coming To America
Drama= The Bucket List
Mystery= The Davinci Code
Adventure= I; Robot
Horror= The Amity-ville Horror
Cartoon= Kung Foo Panda... or Alvin and the Chipmunks... or maybe The Secret of NIMH....
Anyways those are the ones I can think of at the moment.

My favorite movie is definitely "The Rocky Horror Picture Show". I know the movie was made 30 years before my boyfriend was born, but I love that movie!
