(this is the joining of power of all the kages and yes i did get permission to do this and im the head kage)
*it is a huge fortress in the moutains with shinobi from every village partoling 24/7. in the main room there is a big tabel with six chairs and at the head of the table is the kazekage siting with his personal guad behind him (only 2 people can be your guards) as he sits in deep consintration*

The Mizukage walks in with his ninja face mask down and his shades on his shirt collar. He turns and looks around for his seat and notices it after Tenel ran over to it and barked. He walked to his seat in a serious calm manner not even greeting anyone in the room. As he took his seat next to the kazekage stating into space thinking as two swordsmen appear at his side from water.
