I've put MangaDL onto my iTouch. It's an app that links online to OneManga.com, MangaFox.com, and MangaVolume.com. From there you can search alphabetically through the titles on those sites and then download the chapters to read offline. You get 20 downloads for free, then pay $3.99 for the further unlimited download option.
Thing is, I thought OneManga wasn't exactly a legit site. So if the app is allowing for illegal activity, why would iTunes allow it in their Apps Store?

they probably don't have time to go throught the legistic of every app to check it out. i mean there's an app for everything, everything takes a while to go through with a fine tooth comb and legal comb
