The moment we've all been waiting for! Wooo~! This features three rematches from the week 17. Lol. Funny how that works.

Welcome to the Annual NFL Guild Pick of the Week 2009. We will be selecting the winners from 5 NFL games. After you have selected the winning team your choice is final. You must post the teams you are selecting here. Do not PM me your choices. If you don't post here who you are selecting I won't know. Once you have posted you choices here I will add your name to the list of people participating in the event. Remember that this guild event is free. We will keep a record of your wins and the person with the most wins or perhaps win percentage not only gets the bragging rights, and 5000 gold.

The NFL Guild Pick of the Week will be closed 30 minutes before kickoff of the first game.

Jets are too much for the Bengals to handle

Cowboys will, unfortuently, break their playoff failures here.

Ravens are too healthy for the pats

Packers are the better football team

It's the most, wonderful time, of the year. All season we've waited, our faces are painted, the Playoffs are HERE! And now, my picks

NY Jets ate Cincinnati- There is a theme to wildcard weekend which I will be sticking too, MOMENTUM! Some of these teams are full of it, others are so deflated that you wonder if they could possibly make it out alive. This game is one of them. Doesn't matter if the Bengals are playing at home, this team lost 37-0. A huge mental blow to the psyche of this team.
WINNER- NEW YORK JETS

Philadelphia at Dallas- Heres another one. The Eagles had a chance to wrap up the NFC East, and clinch the No. 2 seed in the NFC, instead they plummet to the No. 6 seed and have to go back to Dallas to play a team which just handed them their feather butts on a silver platter 24-0. Now some could argue the Cowboys withh Romo, and Wade Philips have had no playoff success going against an Eagles team which has made it to more NFC championship games this past decade than Rosie O'Donald has excuses for being fat, but I think this is the year Romo finally proves he can win in a clutch playoff game.
WINNER- DALLAS COWBOYS

Baltimore at New England- In their Oct. 4th loss, the Ravens lost that game, or rather, some questionable calls by the refs gave that game to the Patriots, well here is a chance at redemtion for a very dangerous Ravens team, going up against a Patriots teams backing into the No. 3 seed after they gave up 21 points in the 4th quarter to Houston, and lost Wes Welker for the post season. You can make all the cases for Moss being the No 1 receiving threat on that team, It's Welker, and him not being there will really hurt the Patriots Offense.
WINNER- BALTIMORE RAVENS

Green Bay at Arizona- Another momentum determined game. Green Bay is going into the playoffs with tons of it, Arizona after their impressive win over Minnesota, faltered and fell apart as they stumbled into the playoffs at the No 4 seed. Rodgers is having a Pro bowl season, and was in the talks for MVP for a while. And while I don't see the Packers making it to the NFC championship game, I can see them sending the defending NFC champions home from the playoffs early.
WINNER- GREEN BAY PACKERS

Recap- Jets, Cowboys, Ravens, Packers
