Weapons: Steyr AUG Carbine with forward grip, mounted scope and tactical flashlight. Sniper configuration is also possible with the sniper gun outfit he carries with him. (Simple change of the barrel, clip, sights, and mounting the bi-pod.) Fires 5.56mm rounds. Also a Sig-Sauer P220 handgun that fires .45ACP. Non-gun related is his Gerber LMF II fixed-blade.
Personality: Jason is friendly when he can be but likes to keep more to himself. He'd been fighting in the war for a while before he was picked out for the Generals Project and knew too many people who had wallowed away from depression at losing close friends to the fight. At the same time, he knows he won't make it through unless he has a few close friends of his own.
Bio: Jason was born long before the fighting broke out and never had the slightest inkling that he would join the military. He'd always liked computers and tinkered with them whenever he was able from early childhood onwards. After graduating college with a dual-major in Computer Science and Robotics he was signed on as a robotics engineer with the Austrian Government. He was happy with his job, it was doing something he loved, but then the invasion happened. Not two years prior Jason had gotten married to a beautiful woman by the name of Bella and they'd had a son together, Lukas. Both perished early in the assault on Europe, having started to flee toward the West when the aliens first touched ground. They had no idea the Vernai were already in France. After hearing the news, Jason was distraught but hatred of these new invaders fueled his desire to live on just to kill them so he enlisted in the Austrian forces and began marching North into the protective arms of Russia.
