There is a forest in the middle of the main island of Kirigakure; it is just a mist of strong genjutsu. Cast by the first Mizukage it keeps the fabled office safe from intruders. No army has ever successfully cut through the forest and reached the Office quickly enough to destroy it before reinforcements arrive. They have tried, oh yes, but only the day after all the invaders were disposed of the forest was back whole again. No one knows what jutsu, or even what magic was used to keep this forest self-sustainable, and indeed no one really cares, as long as it fulfills its purpose. No animals ever wander this area, only shinobi. If your headband is from Kirigakure you are assured a safe passage through the forest and into the office. If not, you better have a passport/permission or your travel will be filled with hardships, for genjutsu can be harsh, no?Shorui lays back in his seat with his legs propped up on his desk.
Especially since the dark mist blinds your sight...

As you enter the strange building you arrive to the first floor, the floors are black marble, and the walls a gold metallic. Dimmed candles light the building, mirrors and paintings on every wall. The gothic and romantic look progresses as you take an elevator up to the top floor. A long hallway awaits you. As you walk to the end of this maze you appear in front of two large black oak doors. Two Jounin guarding the inside prize as they call. When you open the doors you await the Kage. The room now however is awaiting a new occupant.
The floor above the office is a lookout tower that looks over the islands. Every beauty can be seen, the tropical paradise and its secrets. Only the Kage and invited guests are allowed up here. The floors that you missed on your elevator journey up are rooms dedicated to jutsu scrolls, weapons, and more. The museum was closed down, due to a former Kage's order. All of the keepsakes are hidden here, not to be seen by any eyes.He looks up with his Kage hat tilted and revealing his left eye showing it to be purple. He smiles and looks at his guess and flips his purple blueish shades back on.
''If ya need me report here.''

Shorui looks at the Kazekages hand and back to him. A group of Shinobi surround the room awaiting the Mizukages word. They watches the Kazekages hand and then look at the Mizukage. Shorui gets up from his chair and walks over to Kouen with his hands behind his head. He smiled and shook his hand upon returning to his seat and laying back in it.'' What can I do for ya?''

Shorui gets up from his chair and walks over to Kouen with his hands behind his head. He smiled and shook his hand upon returning to his seat and laying back in it.'' What can I do for ya?'' *looks around* your quite nervous *smiles and sits in a near by seat* i would just like us to discuse protection against the shinigami

Shorui smiled under his Mizukage mask and looked at Shorui.''Nervous? No they always do this Kouen of the wind.'' As he said that he waved his hand calling them off. He then chuckled and looked at the Kazekage.''heheheheh, Shinigami ya say?''

He then chuckled and looked at the Kazekage.''heheheheh, Shinigami ya say?'' *looks at him with a serious face* yes i have no problem with them coming to my village but recently one of them tryed to bomb a ramen stand that had inocent people in it and that is unforgiveable *he said with a little bit of anger on his face*

He said as he got up to sit on his desk as he filled out paper work. *smiles a bit* i wish it was only mt busnisse but they will attack so you should be ready *he stode up and went out the window* if you need help just ask *he smiled and jumped out*

Shorui smiled and watched him take his leave through the window.'' Be ready ya say?'' He said in a sarcastic tone and pulled out a shuriken. He then through it to the wall behind him hitting an assassin.''Heh, I'm always ready.'' He said as the assassin fell from the shuriken.

Assassin from The Village hidden in the Shadows huh? He must be trying to spark a war or send a message.'' Shorui gets on one knee and looks closely as he saw a wrapped paper piece under his head band and takes it out.'' Well well, What do we have here?''
