Since I know most of you are new to role-playing and come here in order to learn and be like the rest of us on "Elites" There are some of you who come here to get help for the atrocity that you call your role-playing skills that Pyro calls lack of.
And then there are some of you who have been inactive for some time, but you return only to go from one of the best roleplayers of all time to being a complete douchebag who has fallen to the level of a n00b that continuously godmods both offensively and defensively. And the reason you've sought out a big name guild is because you were either bored or called here.
Among your skills that you place from zero to one hundred, there is something in there called SELLING.
If you do not know what this means, then you are:
a mark, an idiot, a hopeless n00b, or just a combination of all three. If you're a combination of all three, get the hell out of this guild.
Anyway, to get to the point: for those of you who don't know, selling is a big part of professional wrestling. It can make and break the careers of some wrestlers. Selling means how much you're able to bullshit the crowd and play up an "injury" during a match.
No-selling = defensive godmodding or Hoganism.
Your character cannot counter every move, nor is she/he immune to pain, and does not have unlimited stamina. Unless of course, you're playing some supreme monster being or Hulk Hogan, the latter being the case of the fact that reals are not allowed here due to lack of originality.
This one for all y'all who like to play big characters. Do not use your size to powerplay. It pisses me off and makes me want to throw my laptop out of a window every time I see some 7' jackass use his size to no-sell or come up with some bullshit excuse to use moves not possible by characters of that size, i.e. "The Softcore Zero" ********.
But that goes for anyone.
