Basically our personal input of what every guild should have

Every guild should have a floater. A floater is a person that is a back up. A person that picks up the slack when other don't want to do their job.

Every guild should have a good owner who is willing to work to push his show, which includes things such as heavy recruitment in the early days and patience.

Another major point is not to award yourself or your 'friends' Championships; especially seeing as lately there has been a huge debate over 'politicking'.

Every guild should have dependable Mods. Yes, a Guild Owner could run a guild on his own and make it a major competitor to Cartwright's monster, EEW. But Cartwright didn't do that alone. He had dependable and trust worth mods to help him get EEW to where it is today. Mods should be reliable and willing to work, and sacrifice.

Every guild should try to have something that differs them from other guilds. WWE:TF/FFA:TF and EEW are notorious for these types of features and they were/are extremely popular guilds. Extra features like a .com or a Power 25, or a rating system of some kind let the RPers know how they are doing/how they appreciated, and every guild needs that.
