Alrighty crit crit!!
I do adore your char! -specially her name and origin ooh funnn!!! RUSSIAN! -cough- Her personality is epic, and I totally wanna be her friend. -she seems like she'd always have your back no matter what-
Shini does love the story of how she lost her leg! -yus yus- Thoug maybe a way to give us a bit more in debpth on her would be to make it a 3 part story, pre-war, war, post-war.
Also..if your feeling her leg is too low tech 'not fitting in' maybe..
Since her father works with prosthetic limbs, as well as growing organs. Why not have him grow her a new leg instead of just building one? Using nano-technology, cybernetics, cell cloning abilitys all combined! etc... Imagine taking someones DNA, and using nanites to reconstruct the entire missing limb to the most precise increments, with the doctors controlling the adorable little tech devices -heck maybe her dad invented it and thats how he got his wealth? How she got her wealth?-
The new leg would be almost like a real one, look completely normal on the outside. All the differences being the little bits on the inside, cybernetic fibers that connect the bone tissue and nervous system to the rest of her body and brain functions etc... It would feel everything a normal leg would feel, if it got a cut it would bleed, heat cold pain pleasure, all that. Maybe even to make the leg just that much more techy and cool, it has a few voice command features..Such as..maybe she can change the color of her toenails on the right foot just by saying/thinking a certain color -at will!- Maybe she never has to shave her right leg! -always hairless smooth skin oooh ahhh-

And about her leg, her father knows she's an accident prone little monster,
so if he were to go through all that trouble making an "almost real" leg,
and then she just goes and breaks it (which she has done to her new leg already)
then he'd be pretty upset with her. So it's easier on the both of them
for her to just have a more 'robotic' leg than anything really.
But yeah. xD
I wouldn't be surprised if she ended up with more fake limbs somewhere down the line.

Just so you know, this is a downright god-awful excuse XD You'll have to find a better one, even though your character is approved anyways. "We won't give you a real leg 'coz you'll break it lol". Either she has to be absolutely ridiculously clumsy in every post you make to emphasize the reason all the time, or this excuse won't really fly. From the first post you made in Towns, she doesn't seem more clumsy than the average human being missing a leg lol.

You could go with a Go-Go Inspector gadget type of theme? -you know go go gadget right?- A robo leg with lotsa cool stuff in it, lazer pocket knives, and tiny robotic projectiles. Or maybe her robo leg can transform into a big bouncy pogo stick thing..-is totally clueless, but still lawls!-

This is actually a good idea. Like, er, I don't see you state an occupation for her, perhaps her leg can help her somehow with her occupation and it would be more functional than a flesh leg? (Which is why she'd want a prosthetic)
