Title to Member Ratio
Titles are an intricate part of G-feds (As we discussed earlier), obviously everyone wants one but the thing with guilds is how do you determine a member to title ratio.
The basic formula that I, Chrono have been following is this:
World title - Obviously the top title in the guild.
Midcarder title - Not quite the top prize in the guild, but none the less something to show a person they're deserving.(Can also be a gimmick title)
Tag Team - Because Tag Teams are an important part of wresting even if they're not as glamorous as they should be. Tag teams are important due to the fact that it shows how well you can work with someone.
Hardcore - Normally this title is rather redundant, if its in a hardcore type guild I see no use for this unless the person who's holding it can step up with their level of hardcore. Either way, I'll include this.
Womens - Not every guild is going to have women's wrestling? Why because like tag teams, women's wrestling slowly fizzled out. It wasn't till recently that Women's wrestling boomed back. Not many guilds have a women's roster though . However I include it in my list of big five titles.
These are what I like to call the Big Five
The Big Five
The previous title list is what I call the Big Five.
I'd say that the Big five format should fit at least a 35 character roster.
Not counting women. As you get more members, more titles could be added if you feel the need too.
