Ok this may sound weird but have you ever just sat there then all of a sudden a song pops up in your head? Well like 5 minutes ago i was just thinking about what i want to do before bed then bam a really sad song hits me. crying i let a few tears go it was a sad song......

Hmmm... never. I might get a melody or even some harmony to go with it but never a complete song. And it's pretty rare for me to get something that already exists. eek
