Andrea pressed the snooze button on her alarm clock. I should take a hammer to it next time. She thought as she slowly opened her eyes and light was shining through her bedroom's curtains. She took her blankets off of her and got up. She grabbed a towel and a change of clothes; her under garments, a black t-shirt that says Evanescence in white lettering, black denim jeans and a pair of white ankle socks and walked to the bathroom to have a shower. Alex heard the door to the bathroom close, Can I never be the first to take a shower in this house? he asked himself as he walked downstairs in his pajama pants and t-shirt. He went straight to the kitchen and made himself some cereal.

Andrea finished her shower and put on her clothes she brought with her. She walked out of the bathroom with the towel still on her head, she walked down into the kitchen and saw Alex. "Hey Alex," she said and smiled at him. "I'm sorry I got in the shower before you did."

Alex laughed as he put his bowl away, Its fine, someone has to get there first every morning. How'd you sleep? he asked

Alex shrugged, I'll let you know when I fully wake up he said jokingly. I'm gonna go take a shower before I go to work he said as he walked back up the stairs. He grabbed his stuff and got into the bathroom quickly.

Andrea took a little bite of her bagel after she chuckled. "I should go to work, even though it's my day off," she said to herself. "I love working at a book store." She said to herself again with a smile.

After Alex finished his shower he ran back downstairs, I'm off to work, call me if anything comes up he shouted
When he opened the door there was someone outside who looked like they were about to knock, Uh hello.
Hello the man answered, Im inspector Kane, is Andrea Hart here? he asked

Some inspector Kane, he says he wants to talk to you he called back. Then to the inspector he said, Is she in some sort of trouble?
No, not yet, I just need to ask her a few questions

Andrea walked out of the kitchen and to the door, she looked at the inspector. "Am I in any trouble Inspector Kane?" She asked nonchalantly. I didn't set fire to anything that I know of. She thought and looked at the inspector.

Last night at about ten o'clock a girl named Mary Knight was found dead, she had been stabbed, we found her phone and you were her last call before her estimated time of death. He held up a bag with and athame in it, Have you ever seen this before? he asked

"I knew her, she was my friend," Andrea said and a tear came out of her left eye. "She called me to see if she could come over and hang out, I said she could. I didn't know she was killed last night and no, I have not seen that wretched thing in my life."
