It already is. If you click on it in your inventory it will unlock. I think it is a muscle ring... but I'm not sure.

you have to click on it and press "use". you get a zomg ring not an equip~

The ring is said to be fixed so that it will only give a fitness ring which is a general buff in the game, shortly said, a very,very small increase in all stats.
