It was snowing very hard.It dropped like sharp daggers on people's bare skin who were running home after school.The sky was dark grey and the clouds never seemed to lighten even though the snow kept coming down in waves.The trees,benches,sidewalks and everything else was covered in snow.People hurried to their cars to get out of the snow and into the safety of their homes with promises of warm food and dry clothes.There were 6 friends 4 girls,4 guys who were quickly running through the snow trying to get back to the house they all shared.When they finally got there they were completly soaked to the bone.They hurried inside mummbling about the stupid snow and why it had to be tonight that it snowed.They all changed and sat down in front of the large fireplace drinking hot coco and watching the flames.There was a sudden thud then nothing.One of the friends got up to find that they couldn't open the front door.They were snowed in!!What were they going to do?

"sooo.......were snowed in...what now?" dereck asked practically taking up the whole couch with one leg on it and the other on the floor Ginger was in the kitchen getting some extra marshmallows for her dancing around a bit going "uhntiss uhntiss uhntiss."

He stretched and yawned loudly, "has anyone tried going up the second floor to see how much snows blocking the door?"
she walked into the room with marshmallow smudged on her top lip "cheer up, atleast were all dry and warm...and cozzzzzzies" she said in a childish voice sitting on the floor playing with her bunny slippers

he laughed drinking it all down then spraying it out "******** hot!" he wiped the coca off his face "i cant feel my tongue."

Dereck walked into the kitchen and turned on the sink.....nothing came out "i think the pipes are frozen shut too." he yelled from the kitchen
