Swinging from branch to branch, high above the mossy ground. I was hunting for a short time and I was eager to join my family. Which held Dominic and Cole. Dominic and Cole are blood brothers, so they can become quite a handfull. I taken the job as their sister. Which I was not, in reality. I was created about fifty years ago. I'm a pretty new vampire you could say. Not much is different about theses woods though.
A frown shaped my blood red lips as I began to reel in closer to the members of my family. They were childishly arguing about who had the largest kill. I ignored them as I swiftly danced out of their way. My eagerness soon vanished as I came into the clearing of grass they stood in. I glanced up at the beauitful stars with the jet black background. Apreciativly I smiled, then began to scowl at my brothers for inturpting my meditation.
"Dominic, will you please just grow up?" Cole asked desperatly.
"I won't until you claim I have the bigger kill." Dominic's snarl was his response as well as the way he crouched his body. Ready to spring after his brother.
"Will you just stop, you are both being idiotic." I stared each of them down. Dominic fixed his position but, Cole smiled in victory. I couldn't see how though. "Both of you are going to destroy the green scenery, if you start a deathly brawl." I laughed without humor.
"Jeez, Haven relax, we are just joking." Dominic gave a quick look at his brother. To back him up I assumed.
"Yeah, I was joking, but Dominic was being a big human baby." He sneered the word human. I never felt anything wrong with the humans, we were all one once. So what was Cole and Dominic's problem with them? While I thought that through Dominic flew into the air and slammed into Cole's torso. Growling and snarling ripped from their cheasts as they tumbled around the meadow. I wasn't shocked to see this, it was so like Dominic to lose his cool. But I flew over to them in the corner by a big maple tree out of habit and through myself into the comoction. Cole stopped immeditaly, Dominic was still clawing at Cole. Possibly to pissed off to realize I was in here too. Dominic and Cole never wanted anything to happan to me so I usually took advantage of that when they were acting up. Being the youngest sure had it's ups and downs. I grimaced as I heard a loud thread ripping noise. I anxiously looked over Cole too see if he was damaged in anyway. Dominic finally stopped and look at me. Cole smacked him in the back of the head and got up.
"Dammit Dominic. You tore Haven's shirt." He growled. I didn't notice a breeze, but I searched around my shirt. My shoulder didn't have a sleeve. I felt like leaving again perhaps a longer trip to the woods. Dominic and Cole's diet was all on human blood. Like before I never found anything wrong with them, So I scarfriced the rich human blood and stuck to my forest animals.
"No," I smiled, tearing the other sleeve to make it match. "It's okay."
Cole didn't look impressed, but Dominic seemed pretty smug to me.
