[ Fighting Rules: Chance Fight

1. Attacker generates a random number on his attack post, and the defender attempts to generate a higher number then the attacker.

2. If the attacker gets the higher number the attack goes through. The extent of the damage depends on how high the number is in compairison to the second generated number.

3. The Defender must always leave his post pending when he first generates his number. When the defender is certian of the outcome of the attack they use the same pended post to rp out the outcome.

4. When beginning the next attack the defender must post again so that they may have a seperate number to generate from. The DEFENSE post is SEPERATE from the OFFENSE post at ALL times.

5. The number of hits allowed is agreed in-btween the opponents. Secondly terms to whether or not there will be 'Free Hit Moments' is up to the two battling as well. By default free hits can only occur if the challenger is able to hit the opponent two times in a row or vice-versa. Rules can be changed depending on what the two agree on.]

[Connection Number: 8
Free Hit: Every two hit collected by one player
Generated number: 1-20]

The sound of humming would echo somewhat eerily to his ears as he walked through the empty, and abandoned streets of Shibuya. The somber glow of the crystals that grew from the ground cast strange blue light about his surroundings...and the moon hung high in the clouded sky. He had to admit---along with being beautiful in it's own desolate way...Shibuya was probably one of the most depressing, and creepy places he had ever been in. Here one was only able to tell night from day by the color, and shape of the ball that hung from the sky.

There was hardly ever any natural light to get through the seemingly permanent overhang of haze, and cloud above.

"..."

He'd slow his steps as he looked about with deep ocean blue eyes. He felt as if he were being watch...even worse it soon felt as if he were being followed....

"...Hello?"

his laugh echoed through the ruined buildings and thrumming crystals. It was cold, but full of life and youth. What would be most troubling to those who heard it, was that it seemed to constantly come from different directions, as though not one, but many hidden voices were resounding.

"Hello, Child.... cold night to be alone, don't... you... think?" his tone was mocking and dark, with a clear underlying threat. "Aren't you afraid, Child? You should be... oh yes... you most certainly... should... be."

He laughed again, and when his laugh stopped, the thrumming of the crystals stopped with it.

"I admit I'm rather unnerved...", The fragile looking ,dark blue haired demon buster replied slowly. He'd slowly move to pull his rifle from his back...He looked about slowly ready to attack at a second's notice. He indeed was no pro in battle...He just knew alot about the proper means to do so...

He'd breath slowly trying to remain calm...

"I really shouldn't have gone out alone...", he'd grumble to himself.

"...Look...Uh...I don't want any trouble...As a matter of fact I'm actually pretty friendly if you'll take the chance to get to know me.", He'd offer with a nervous smile.

He glanced about feeling his nerves slowly dissolve....There was just something not right about that voice...He hadn't even seen the owner of it, and already he felt his heart fill with dread at it's tone.

He laughed again, and the crystals thrummed. He flickered into view, all dressed in black and white Templar robes, a broken Claymore hanging from a silver rosary at his waist.

He grinned then, and for all the world he looked the exact image of the Faithless Templar, save for his deep, hungry, violet eyes. He held up his hands openly, feigning harmlessness, although it'd be pretty easy for just about anyone to see through this predator's disguise.

"Friendly as a hummingbird..." His face lit up then in a mask of purest glee "That's what I shall call you! My... little... hummingbird! Now hummingbird..." he took a step forward, and as he did so, he flickered. Suddenly, he was a whole new image. Stained from head to toe in blood, his once tied hair now loose, forced straight. Violet eyes hidden in shadow as his head was bowed, but still his dark grin was visible, "Are you ready to be caged?"

For a moment the blue haired demon buster had nothing to say, his eyes where wide...he was taken back---perhaps that wasn't even the word for what he was at that moment. He stared at this sight before him, forgetting he even had his hand on his rifle.

"...", he began to open his mouth but nothing came out--as he slowly began to take a step back.

"W-wait...Javalin...?", he'd begin as he'd finally have a look over the man. His eyes though obviously fear stricken would then take on a more worried glow,"...What on earth...? You're not...", he'd begin...but never found himself with the courage to finish.

he flickered again, and was in front of the demon buster, his image now returned to normal, all trace of the fearful bloodstained man gone. He gripped the boy's collar and lifted him off of his feet. Ever grinning, he tilted his head to the side and let his cold eyes run over the Demon Buster.

"Pretty Hummingbird..." suddenly he stopped mid-sentence. His eyes narrowed and his grin faded quickly, "What did... d-did you call me?" he tossed his new pet down on the ground and placed his boot on the demon buster's chest, applying increasing pressure slowly.

"Never use that name.... ever.... or I swear I shall crush you faster than you can scream oh God no please spare me!"

"Gah!" He found himself crying out in an instant. The breath was sent rushing from his lungs, and as he lied here pinned he couldn't help but stare at the man above him with obvious fear in his expression.

At this point the sound of something clattering hit his ears. The sound of his gun going off due to the hard smack against the ground brought his mind back to his weapon. It was a rifle...So he couldn't just lift it up and shoot at the strange man he was being attacked by.

Then...there was the fact that he was human.

He couldn't kill a human!

"...W-Who are you, then?!" He'd ask, not realizing how fearful his voice sounded, the volume was also unknown to him---but he had to force the sound out of his chest if he was to be heard.

"I-I'm sorry! I didn't intend to...offend you!"

The boy's words brought the grin back this face. He simply loved to see people fear him... to watch as they were forced to let go of their strength and admit defeat at his hands. Yes... this was lined up to be a pretty fun night all in all. He pressed down with his foot a little more and laughed quietly.

"Such a weak little Hummingbird, caught in the cage with no... way..." he flickered, his alternate image returning for a second, "...out..." then fading away again. He lifted his foot and knelt down beside the Demon Buster, his face close to the boy's, still grinning wildly.

"oh come on kid..." his voice was different now. A perfect replication of Javalin's, "at least try and put up a fight. It's no fun otherwise. Fight me... make me... bleed. Kill me if y'can Kid" he laughed again, this time more wild, animalistic, and harsh as a knife edge.

"I...I can't....You're human..", he'd say slowly," I can't kill a human...It's not right." He'd attempt to reason. Though for some reason something deep down felt as if it could easily beg to differ. Deep down something told him that he could if he tried it....Deep down...

He paused, catching hold of himself again...He was letting his fear take control now--He couldn't let that happen. But before he could really say another word a pain shot through his chest as the man's weight would placed further on it. He'd groan, and wince," Why are you...doing this...? J-Javalin! Get a hold of yourself!"

Flickering between images, Valaxjin stood calmly. Still grinning, he took a hold of the boy's leg and lifted him. Watching him hang there, upsides down and with his back to him, his face suddenly filled with rage.

"I... I told you... Hummingbird.... do... not... call me that." He slammed his fist into the small of the Demon Buster's back, and a loud crack resonated through the ruins. "Never call me by that name... I hate it..." thwack, another solid blow, "I loath him... so... much.. the False One... Fake..."

After hitting him twice more in quick succesion, Valaxjin tossed the boy away from him, using enough force to send him a good 10 feet down the broken street.

"Bad Hummingbird..." he muttered, staring at the ground, "I'll break you for that..." he flickered forms again, "and I'll just love doing it..."

His laugh was loudest this time, and the crystals thrummed like never before.

The pain was unbearable...He was certain something broke---but was not given the time to find out what. He cried out in pain as he felt the repeated attacks coming in rapid succession---and finally found himself flying at a high speed down the broken road. Practically spiraling he weakly attempted to brace himself as he saw an incoming broken down building wall. His connection with it would suddenly bring blackness to his vision--and from then he wouldn't know if he were alive or dead....

Dust would shoot away from the impact...

The world was met by an unsettling silence. A monotone voice would soon interrupt the vastness of silence. As words where spoken the clouds seemed to darken...the moon's light pierced through the clouds giving them a silver light...Surely this had nothing to do with the boy.

'Checking physical status...Status: Minimal damage....Regeneration programs have been activated...Danger sensed......Threat appears to be 10 to 14 feet away from the sealed.' The voice would seem to murmur in the background of the world's workings.

'System is now rebooting...Termination program shall begin in afew minutes....Counting down regeneration percentages, and load time of termination program.'

'20%...'

The sound of movement in the rubble would begin to break the silence.

'40%...'

'70%...'

Amongst the haze of the dust a figure would slowly stand to it's feet--It's appearance bent forward at first, but slowly standing straight.

'90%...'
PostPosted: Wed Dec 30, 2009 6:43 pm

He raised and eyebrow as he stared into the dust cloud, barely able to see the figure. However, he did not need to see him to know this wasn't going well. Suddenly the timid boy had changed. He could feel it in the air around him.

"Hummingbird?" he chuckled lightly, "what are you up to in there? Well... at least you've managed to impress me. I honestly didn't expect you to be able to stand. I have to say though... I'm glad. Oh yes, Hummingbird, so glad. See... since you're not dead... it means we can have more fun. And since you're already standing, it means... I... can knock you down again!"

With these final words he launched himself forward, the ground under his feet shattering from the force of his rapid steps. His hand was a blur as he pulled the broken sword from its chains and thrust it into the ground in front of him. Then, with a grace rarely seen, he used the handle as a launch pad, placing one foot on it and kicking off to gain good height. From here he flew towards the boy, pulling back his right fist in preparation for a single punch of terrible strength. His laugh was manic now, with little hint of sanity remaining.

"Time to start the show, Hummingbird!"

In a matter of seconds suddenly the hazy cloud of dust would split from the force of something moving at unimaginable speeds. The wind seemed to warp strangely as the boy's image would abruptly appear before Val's vision--However all he would see at that second was his hand before time it's self would seem to stop. The wind's angry roar would be slowed into a strange noise, as the boy's long blue hair would sway gently over his distant--and quite dead stare.

His vision would pick up his opponent's image as if it where nothing more...then an obstacle that needed to be removed.

The only thing Val might hear him say in this sudden forced silence was the echoing mechanical words that rolled from his lips.

"100%...Target sighted."

Suddenly time would instantly start again, as Moon...No Phase would move to close his hand around the face of Val. If successful he'd increase his grip to the point where it felt as if his finger tips where digging into his skull with a firm grip. From there---with grace that suggested that his feet had not even touched the ground he'd spin in his insane momentum, and attempt to send the possessed Templar rushing head first into the ground with all of his new found strength.

Soon after Phase would jump backwards reaching a height normally unattainable by normal beings. He'd draw his rifle, and unleash a hail of gunfire down into the resulting spike of dust, and debris.

His grin widened as he felt the fingers tighten around his face, this was fun.... so unbelievably fun.

"So, Hummingbird... you have some fire in your heart..." His tongue flicked across Phase's palm as his own hand gripped the boy's wrist and tightened, applying his own force, turning the scene into a deadlock between two unstoppable forces. He laughed loudly, his eyes locked on Phase's, wide and vibrant.

"Come on, Hummingbird... I see the Falcon in you... but are we gunna see what it can REALLY do? huh? WELL ARE WE?!" he gripped harder, figuring if he broke the boy's wrist it'd at least bring a scream to his ears. Such a beautiful scream...

There would be no scream, only a piercing silence. The spinning deadlock would cause them to slide in a circular motion over the broken road. Phase's cold, and vacant stare would simply raise to lock with Val's eyes as his free left hand would move from behind him revealing a handgun. He'd quickly bring it to the side of Val's wrist before pulling the trigger. He'd then apply further pressure to the grown with his right foot, causing it to crack under the sole of his boot.

He'd turn his shoulders in the spin, and he'd bring his left elbow around to meet with the side of Val's face, while forcefully wrenching his right wrist out of the man's grasp via the opening of his fingers, and thumb.

There was only silence, and quick certain movement.

The dark vacant stare of Phases orbs only showed the intention of ending a beings existence this night.
