Full Staff List: Roles and Duties
The purpose of this is to keep and maintain order and reckognize userd who are staff and what they should be doing and which staff may be contancted for assistance. Al though the users who you see listed in this post are staff, they are GUILD STAFF and are NOT OFFICAL GAIAONLINE STAFF.IF ANYONE IS IMPERSANATING OFFICAL GAIA STAFF AND OR IS REQUESTING YOUR PASSWORD, REPORT THEM USING A OFFICAL REPORT BUTTON WHICH GOES TO REAL GAIA STAFF. GAIA STAFF WILL NO MATTER WHAT ASK YOU FOR YOUR PASSWORD NO MATTER WHAT SITUATION.
Captain- The Captain, is the highest rank within OE. The Captain is the one who will be overseeing every aspect of this guild. From whatever Contest are being held to the type of discussions that are being held. The Captain(s) can at any given moment deny any requst that has been given to them. It is advise that users who are not staff DO NOT PM any Captains(s) with informatiin regarding the guild. You may comment them. There is a Request Thread in which your request or ideas may be posted. The Captain(s) have been and will always be very busy and wih the highest duty in OE, they are the ones who will assure that this guild runs as smooth as possible.
ViceCaptain-ViceCaptain(s) are just as important as the Captain(s). ViceCaptains have a role similar to Captain role. Where as a Captain can grant or deny acess to anything to anyone, VC's can approve or deny Topics, Contest, and request. VC's will be more involved(sorta speak) than Captain(s). VC's may be PM/commented on guild related topics and insight.
Moderators- Moderators are the more active users apart of OE that can assist you with everything apart of the guild. There will be three types Moderator which will do different things.
•Request Moderator(RM)-RM's are Moderators who overlook the Request Thread. When theRequest Thread is being reviewed it is a RM to being over looking the request boad and see the ideas which seems fit. Once an idea(s) is picked a RM will post it in the Staff Corner(under a certain title)and it will be reviewed there and then if the RM's and other mods approve the idea will be sent to a VC(depending on the reuqest) and then a Captain.
•Overseeing Mod(OM) Overseeing Mods are mods who reveiw threads to seeif everything is going smoothly. If not OM's can delete your thread and notify you via pm/comment as to why its been removed. There will be at least 3-6 OM's to each seperate thread.
•ReportMod(RRM) ReportMods are the ones who will deal soley with reports or problem with users. RRM's if you see that there is or is dealing with a userwho is causing problems, notify a RRM and they will be taken care of.

Moderator Application
To upkeep our staff and assitance during certain times, we will be aceppting Moderator Apps. To apply to be a Mod you must have passed the first criteria and then you may apply.AGAIN,THESE ARE OE GUILD MODS.THEZE ARE NOT OFFICAL GAIA STAFF AND SHALL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE ASK FOR YOUR GAIAONLINE PASSWORD.GAIA STAFG WILL NEVER EVER ASK FOR YOUR GAIAONLINE PASSWORD.
