Lately my sleep cycle has been entirely off. One time I'll be sleeping 6 hours, then be awake for 30+ hours, sleep for 13, rinse repeat. Lately it is starting to get to me a lot. So I ask this, if you are have sleeping problems, what do you do? sweatdrop

Stay up until your normal sleeping time, and sleep then. If you can't hold out, set an alarm or something and take a 15 minute nap.

That's how I get back on mine. x)

That sucks..
I've been having something similar.
I usually can't fall asleep before 4:30, and end up sleeping till like.. 2:30PM.
Such a waste..
And I have school tomorrow.. -.-
Sooooooo annoying..

I don`t know how to fix it. You usually just.. either pull an all nighter and then go to bed normal time, or nap like the above comment.

@The one: I tried staying up to a normal time and the naps. Just couldn't do it, got to tired and naps turned into a few hours. Thank you for the advice though.

@Nikki: Yea, that kind of what I was doing and with school it is rather annoying. It's the reason I been trying to get back to an ok cycle, it starts up again in a week. Somehow my cycle seems to be good enough for school now. Not sure how it got that way even.
