If anyone's looking for meal replacements that aren't loaded on whey, lactose, or God knows what else, try Vega. You could practically live on the stuff, once you get past the taste of it, and it's animal and soy free. It's also completely vegan, which is a very good point. wink

I know a good type of vegan cheese called Okanagan. It does have soy in it if you don't like soy, but I don't see whats wrong with it I eat it all the time.

Yeah those are really good! biggrin Ive had the sausages and some other stuff. I forgot. You should try Earth Balance. It's a type of vegan butter. I don't think a butter addict would be able to tell it from butter.

i used to love their breakfast patties before i became vegan. just be careful which ones you buy because a lot of their products contain egg whites.

I hate soy milk, so I drink Rice Dream. It's really good and it's organic. The only problem is that the last cup in the carton gets a bit grainy.

If you are vegan DO NOT eat Morningstar Farms products. They all contain eggs.

I just found something new from MorningStar Frams, They just came out with "Steak" strips and "Chicken" strips. You can find them @ Kash N' Karry aka: (SweetBay) or Publix Supermarkets will have them soon too.

Yay!!! I can start having my "meat" stir fry once more! biggrin
