Okay, so... For those who don't know, I enjoy psychology, sociology, and anthropology. Not only that, but I am paranoid and can get worked about... Well, everything.
What does this have to do with psycobabble. Well, let's go back to what I just said... I'm paranoid, and enjoy three area which deal with the human mind.
I've been diagnosed with autism(Asperger's syndrome), and bipolar disorder. AS, as I've read is difficult to diagnose especially in children. When I was diagnosed was in fact during my younger years, and I highly doubt that I have asperger's syndrome. While after being diagnosed with mania by a friend, another friend who has been my friend for twelve years had retorted by saying that I didn't have mania. So, the question is... Where does that leave me for a diagnosis?
Well, I've been one of two people to have ever believed or thought that I am schizophrenic. I exhibit at least two of the symptoms, and it has been an ongoing way of life. However, I haven't truly noticed that these symptoms are problems to me at all.
As my friend(the one who had diagnosed me as bipolar) and I have read a piece on schizophrenia(one that I cannot find again!! Barg...); we had read that someone who thinks/believes themselves to have schizophrenia should check with a therapist or something like that.
I'm not sure that's needed in my case, but I could be wrong... (If you want me to post links for Asperger's Syndrome, and Bipolar when I get online next... Or even what symptoms that I am experiencing... I will. I just need sleep. xD )
