Hello all. I received a book as a present this Christmas. However, it is one I already own. I would like to return it, but I have no receipt. The book was purchased at Books-A-Million and, to my knowledge, has never even been opened. I am not looking for a refund, but would rather just exchange the book for another one.
My question is: Does anyone know the exact store return policy at Books-A-Million? I have looked at the website, and it only states the online return policy.

They do, but it cuts off at 9 p.m. on Sundays. I am going tomorrow to the store and was just wondering if I should even bother lol. If all else fails I'll just take it to Hasting's smile

Right now the stores have an over the top return or exchange thing going on and they would argue the least I would say right now. smile
