So far we have three Covens, all with no names, and only one with members (Coven 1) Does anybody have any ideas?
I was thinking maybe we could have names sort of like those in Breaking Dawn, based off of families or locations, and if the coven are nomads or not. Since this is Gaia maybe the locations could be places like Barton, or Durem?
Barton Nomads
Durem Wanderers
Or even the Von Helson or Gambino Covens?
We could make up imaginary name too.
Green Lake Coven
Mountain Pass Nomads
Or, as always, Twilight or Vampire-themed names.
stuff like that, any thoughts?

niceness!
here are some themes for now, since my imaginative licence is kaput..
-historically based names
-bat or leech names
- names to do with a language
- it would be awsome to have a coven that's similar to the Vulturi!

you could name the coven based on the books ex. Twilight Coven or something

Hmm. Bat or leech names, wouldn't that kind of be insulting? Like how the pack called Bella leech-lover?
But the Historical/Location based seems interesting, any examples?
And the Book names sound like a really good idea! Especially since they already kind of have a theme centered around the night...
Ok, so I'm going to vote on the polls for a mix, just cause I feel the need to be objective ^.^' This one is for everybody else to work out!! So it's up to you guys... I'll just post the answer all official-like when you're ready... maybe make a suggestion here and there... hehe, 'official-like' sounds funny!

I think that no matter what the name it has to have a meaning behind it.
Ex. i would like to call mine the glass menagerie. because the leader of the coven controls glass. and Vampires can stand like perfect little statues.
and say if it was a place like, Green field coven. it's because that is where the coven was founded.
Lol so it could be practical or creative.
Also covens tend to follow mostly by names. so that could be a shot.
Ex. the Cullen coven. or Dracula coven.
ultimately i think the coven should decide. because it's kind of like a team name at summer camp you all come together to pick something. wether it's team johnson, because 3/5 peoples last name is johnson. or tean unicorns and Bombs... because the name was between unicons and bombs so they just put them together...
It makes it unified because they came up with it together.

I'm a part of another twilightish guild called bloodlust, but they have already done this and they separated it into vampires and werewolves. they made the covens like "Olympic coven", "American nomads", "Denali coven" and something else and the werewolves were quilieute, suquamish and some other native names.
and i also think that wayne lovers idea is cool: making the covens like "twilight coven" or "new moon coven".
I also think everyone should make up an avatar, name and power for their character in the groups!

Hmm.. werewolves. I wonder what people will think of that...
You know, everybody seems eager to make characters and stuff like you said forever. I think we should work on finding an easy way to add that to the project.

well sorry for having too many ideas! gosh!

if we wanna have hangouts for the covens we can use my place. although I can't really decorate it because I'm sorta almost kinda broke. and the decorations in my place aren't very nice.

darkmotif said the same thing, and I dont mind using my place either, though I think its stuck on Christmas decor...
and dont worry, I don't mind ideas as long as people don't mind helping.
So. Hangouts. I guess that will be the first addition.
