((Alright. So it's prettymuch a fireworks festival. ^-^ In.. Konoha, I guess? Dunno. I'm pretty lost in the plot right now so if I mess something up let me know. XD))
Harmony crouched in front of Kalea, who was holding a pair of sparklers. She used a fire jutsu and sustained the flame on the tip of her finger for a minute until the sparking material caught. It burst into a bright array of colors. Harmony grinned as she watched the Gypsy girl write her name in the air with the light.

Dean came up behind Harmony and grinned, hugging her from behind.

Harmony yelped and jumped. She glowered at Dean and bopped him on the nose.
"Dustbucket," she muttered. She crossed her arms with a huff, though she didn't make any move to get out of his grip.

Harmony scoffed. She slid out of his arms long enough to shift the sparkler in Kalea's hand so that the girl wouldn't get the flecks of metal in her face. The little girl glanced up at Dean and blinked with a look of curiosity and pure innocence.

Dean laughed and glanced at kalea. He smiled sweetly and tightened his arms around Harmony's waist.

Kalea's brilliant green eyes narrowed into a scowl at Dean before she turned back to her sparkler as Harmony straightened up. Harmony bit back a chuckle, though a smirk still played at her lips.

Harmony shook her head slightly. She pulled a pair of sparklers from a box and lit them, handing one to Dean with a small smile.

Dean blinked and glanced down at his pocket before quickly writing something in the air. He used an illusion to keep the sparkling letters there.
"Will you marry me?"
((You said he couldn't pop the question before and this seems much more romantic....and sparkly 8D ))

Harmony blinked at the letters for a second, though a strong wind blew them out before she could read them. She blinked and glanced at Kalea, who was still calmly playing with her sparkler. Harmony raised her eyebrows.

Harmony gave Dean an apologetic look, then smirked. She flashed out a heart with her sparkler and winked at him as it vanished.
