I have been thinking about this for a while, and though we haven't had man incidents of people swearing, we want to keep it that way, so that it is a safe and fun place for younger kids. (I can name a few, but won't) I have added a poll so that we can see what the whole guild thinks, I am leaving it out for ONE MONTH! If there isn't a unanimous decision, crew will probably say no...

Hell- Heck, Hades, Underworld
F***-Frick, Freak
Damn- Darn (Only one I could think of)
Other stuff- Cursed Under My Breath

I think they're fine as long as no one uses then too much. And I learned them all (in Spanish too) before I turned 6 since I lived in la barrio a.k.a. the ghetto for most of my life. xd

I agree. Damn isn't that big. And honestly, if they're that young, they should have the mature filter on. But I do agree about the F-bomb, as well as all the other one. There's really no reason anyone in this guild should need to use it. RR gets through his books without swearing, and I'm sure you can get your point across without swearing as well. At least, not badly. There's absolutely no need for an f-bomb in a roleplay like this. A more mature one involving drugs and gangs, sure. It has its' place. But a fantasy rp about teenagers at camp? Absolutely no reason.
Aaand I'm being an enormous hypocrite by saying it, since I know very well that I swear quite a lot. But I'm still able to realize when it is and isn't appropriate.

I absolute agree with John.
Its not polite at all and John is right, there are little kids on here...
And, frankly, i dont really like to cuss, even if others do.
I wasnt raised like a "bad girl" ((Not going to say the word i was thinking of...)) and I dont intend to spread that kind of inappropriate language all over the world.
I think we should ban them....
Also, there are always the optional words to use instead, which I use mostly.
The words like Fricking, Freaking, Heck ((Or Hades or Tartarus...)), dang, and so on...
