Okay, this is more towards your custom moments, not the scripted ones in the game.
Example
I come out of a train station with my Hunting Rifle, there are raiders with a Wastelander on his knees. They start yelling things and before they pull their guns, I hit the VATS and with my four shots I pop three in the head for the one shot kill, and the other who had raised his gun got it knocked out.
Or coming out of The Pitt, leaving for good, I'm level 30, with my Ar-21 Plasma Rifle. Three Guys I forgot about take aim, again, VATS on blast all in the head, instant goo. I'm not a big gun guy, and that's the reason.
So what's your stories?

My bad a** moment was when I visited Mama Dolces and, while on the balcony, started shooting off mini-nukes into the unsuspecting Chinese ghouls below. Then the trucks blew up and added to the chaos.

I was wondering the wastes when I heard some raiders talking when I saw they were in a car park I threw a frag grenade at one of the cars and the whole car park went up in explosions and it killed all the raiders but one which i got in vats.

ah..hm...well i was in one of the vaults <.<
i think it was the one where EVERYONE lost their freaken minds lol and i hated that place man lol but the momet im slowly working my way to is...
okay i had one bullet left in my sniper before i had to swap to my shiskibab and i was kinda jumpy so when i turned a corner and two vault dwellers were there i freaked out and pulled the triger and they both drop and I DIdENT USE V.A.T.S. XD but then again it was kinda blind luck lol but its one of my best moments lol

My best moment was probably when I shot tenpenny in the face, his head blew off and spirralled of the tower. As for his body, It forced forward, splatted on the wall, his leg came off, and hit an unsuspecting Mr burke in the face, killing him. =p

i remember when i shot a mini nuke and a group of super mutants exploded while walking away that was prety badass untill i died from the explosion i shot too close to the uglies xd

Ohh i got a good one,
I fast travel to Captial Hill, hoping for a good show, though i'm only carrying things with the word 'combat' in the name and a chinese assult rifle. So my xbox loads and i see a huge fight going on, a T.C. guy with a 10mm sub was shooting someone up on the stairs, THEN a super mutant with a sledge hammer charges at him and with one swing, blows the guy's head open and all over the place. But then the TC's buddy comes along and shoots the muty with a shotgun and kills him, then notices me standing there and starts shooting at me from about 30 yards. I get pissed off when i finaly get hit, and yell, "Oh, you wanna play shotgun? *wips out combat shotty* I'LL PLAY FREAKING SHOTUN!!" I aim for his upper torso and shoot, PLTHOOF no head. (he had full health btw) That, that was my badass moment.... cool

When i made my good karma character i made her to be my hardest to play character, played on hardest difficulty, all points went into unarmed, i put no points into any of the other weapon types (explosives small weapons... ect.) and i put no points in lockpicking or stealth and made it so i had pretty bad luck. I also didn't use any fist type weapons just my fists. so completing the whole game like that was my most awesome moment. However i cannot describe how fun and powerful i felt to punch a super mutant behemoth to death, just continuosly paralizing palming and punching him.

Clearing Fort Bannister, Paradise Falls, and the Deathclaw Sanctuary on Hard (360 Version) on the same day with Fawkes and Dogmeat's Puppy.
I love the Alien Epoxy (MZ) and Alien Blaster combo...

Pickpocketing a guy who is a priest and planting a Nuka Grenade. He said "Holy s**t" right before he exploded.

Beating down a small group of Super Mutants (3 of them) with my fists. >B3
I probably appear incredibly stupid to some of the people hanging out in the wasteland since I like to beat up things that are deadly at close combat .___.

((This was so epic I made it a story lol I copied and pasted part of it from there to here. this is what my bad a** moment was just don't remember if its completely like I wrote it originally but it's the idea of it XD))
Mine happened a few weeks ago at 9:05 pm. I was heading to Lucky's and there were two Giant albino rad scorpions. I'm playing on Very Hard and I was at the time level 18 and this was my first time running into any on this character. They was ganging up on a Yao Guai and they finish it off and then they turned and came running for me. I jumped on top of a wrecked car and pull out my badly damaged A3-21's Plasma Rifle and fired at the faster Giant Rad scorpion on the right in V.A.T.S. then I let them reach the car. Then the one on the left strikes at me but my winterized T-51b Power Armor deflected it like it was a bb. I darted across the parking lot and the two were close behind I felt their eyes stabbing into my back like a combat knife. With a mighty bound I jumped on the other car at the far end of the parking lot and fired five or so plasma rounds into the car. Then the pre war car exploded and the explosion sent the passenger door flying into me knocking me back a few feet. I suffered from Minor Radiation Poisoning at this point. I thought it was over because the giants were motionless. I pull out my Xuanlong Assault Rifle as the one on the right that was blown against the building rose up and ran towards me. Its stinger was falling to it's side limp, the explosion must have crippled it. I then ran around the other giant who then stood and tried to hit me with it's claw as I passed it. I ran to the top of a hill next to Lucky's and spun around. As I did I emptied all the ammo in my Xuanlong clip into the one running closest me and it fell limp in the dirt as it's tail started twitching. I reloaded as I saw the beady black eyes of the other giant scorpion and I emptied another clip into it. As it fell to the cold concrete of the parking lot. I reloaded my Xuanlong and holstered it on my back and scavenged the poison glands, and the Yao Guai meat. Then continued into Lucky's and traded with the Scavenger inside for some 5.56mm rounds 4 frag mines and a stimpak. Then went to go speak with Roy Phillips about a little business proposition concerning Tennpenny Tower but that's another story.

Mine would have to be when two deathsclaws took me on and i won
I was wandering around looking for glitches (Like always) when i seen a death i had my power fist out and punched him and in some odd way it sent him miles away and killed him on impact with the ground then another came i tried again and just punched it in the nose it hit me HARD and we fought for about a minute till finally in vats i wound up and punched the death claw so hard he exploded into pieces, i continued to my victory scream "GRAAAAHHHHHH" and then looked for more glitches the funny thing is i went in with full health i came out with 1 little bar later i got gang banged by mole rats to death...
