Am;ri steps onto the plain. She smells the fresh air and the tall grass feels good on her bare legs.

(Sorry I haven't posted in so long. Break hasn't been as peaceful as I was expecting XP)
Ehe'tia and Quinn made their way through the forest, and out into the plain, both dressed in the female Na'vi fashion. Two months had passed since the Chiefest has spared Quinn's life, and although Ehe'tia still didn't feel all warm and fuzzy towards the human girl, she was starting to feel some compassion. Unlike herself, it was unlikely Quinn would ever be truly accepted into the clan; both because of her insanity and the fact that she was one of the Skypeople. At least Ehe'tia could boast of being half Na'vi. She turned to the human girl, and shook blond braids away from her face. "Right, Quinn, since you have seemingly failed all other attempts at learning to hurt, I'm going to teach you one-on-one. How does that sound?" It wasn't really a question; the dangerous glint in Ehe'tia's eyes made it more of a threat.
Quinn said nothing, just stared.

Saru and Tahni started to follow the two and becoming curious of their training. Trying not to be disracted by anything as Saru feels someone grabing his tail and looks at Rani with rather annoyed look.

Ehe'tia turned and waved to the two boys, but quickly returned to attention to Quinn. "Okay, first things first. The Na'vi have it lucky; they were built for this kind of environment. Humans were not. It's going to be harder for you, since you can't run as fast as them, or jump as high as them. You don't have a 'braid', so you can't bond with a Banshee, and you don't have a tail, which means your balance will be off."
"Why are you telling me this?" Quinn asked, speaking for the first time. "I already know how impossible this is going to be; why rub it in?"
Ehe'tia smiled gently at Quinn. "Because I think you can do it; even if everything is against you."

Ehe'tia knew it would be pointless to try and continue the lesson with the two Na'vi children looking on, so she turned to them and smiled. "Brother, sister," She said, bowing. "How are you today?"
Quinn likewise bowed, though she remained silent, her black hair coming out of it's loose ponytail.

Ehe'tia smiled at Rani. "I would invite you to train with us brother, but I am afraid we will be going at a much slower pace than you are used to. I am glad to here you are doing well though."
Quinn knelt down and hugged the small Na'vi girl. "Hello Rani." She said. "Why did you follow your brother? He doesn't seem to like it that much."

Quinn smiled and turned to Ehe'tia. "Can we...post-pone my training?" She asked the half-blood Na'vi in a soft voice. "I promise to work extra hard next time."
Ehe'tia sighed. She had already put off Quinn's lessons for much longer that she probably should have, but..."Alright." Ehe'tia said finally. "Just this once though, do you hear me? Next time I'll work you so hard you won't be able to sit down for a week."
Quinn nodded happily.

Quinn shrugged helplessly, and followed Rani, noticing with a wince that the small Na'vi was almost half her size.
Ehe'tia smiled to herself before turning to Saru. "Well, I see your sister seems to have found a new baby-sitter, at least for the time being."
