Here are some ways to get promoted to crew if your a member:

1. Donate 20,000 gold to the guild
2. Draw my avatar and post it in the art subforum
3. Get me any item on my wishlist (except for the ones that cost over 1 million gold, cuz thats the vice captains job)
4. Send 500 gold to ALL of the crew and vice captains and the captain
5. Post 100 topics/posts in the forum.
