does anyone have any recomendations for books from different time periods barring the painfully obvious like Austen? book recomandations from a variety of time periods are perfect!

Dracula, Frankenstein, Sherlock Holmes, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, The Secret Garden, Memoirs Of a Geisha, Black Beauty, Les Miserables, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, F. Scott Fitzgerald, The Picture of Dorian Grey, and anything by Hemmingway.
