I Would Say This
I was Drunk , So I set the Game On Very Hard , Made the opacity of The Crosshair zero and I set it so that I was Sort Of Dark.
I Think I Was In Vault 87.... early Pissed Myself

Darkness + Ghoul Howls + Ghouls Themselves Running At You From The Dark + Creepy Story That Accompanies The Building
It Speaks Pretty Much For Itself xD
Oh yeah, and being night time, having your speakers really loud, and the fact that you just got done watching a scary movie helps too.. but not that I would know rolleyes

Oh yeah, and being night time, having your speakers really loud, and the fact that you just got done watching a scary movie helps too.. but not that I would know rolleyes Good stuff in the Dunwich Building. My friends and I got drunk, put the light on the lowest setting, turned the difficulty all the way up, and agreed not to turn off the flashlight. Died so many times. Good to see another drunk gamer in the guild lol.

Old onely sewer tunnels with an alien blaster, brightness AAAAAAALL the way down. cursor off, hud opacity lowest. difficulty very hard.

if there were banjos in point lookout.....just stay with me on this imagine it your running through the swamps and you hear a banjo and then you start looking around you and then WHAM a swampfolk hits you in the face and you die D: and that would be the scariest thing in the world of fallout

Just starting the game and leaving the vault then,gioing into that godforsaken school in springvale,puting the difficulty to max turning off all of your lights at 1 A.M. and , seeing how it was my first time playing the game I almost s**t myself plenty of times
