Yeah, First Dr Pepper and Seven Up merged to be the Dr Pepper/Seven Up Bottling Group, then they merged with Cadbury Schweppes Americas Beverages to become the Dr Pepper Snapple Group Inc.
Both Pepsi and Coke occasionally distribute their products, but they're independently owned.
