My Life Story : Kotaru was born in bubbling town with many people. His family was a local street vendor and they sold and bought fruits. He lived there helping out his family out at the fruit stand once he became the right age. After a while of doing this he was handling the buying for the family when somebody offered a weird purple fruit. He took it thinking it to be an eggplant or maybe a new fruit his family could sell. While selling he got hungry and decided to try this new fruit out. He ate it while on his break and didn't feel any different after and it actually tasted sort of bad so he went about his life normally for about one or two days before during his shift he noticed the fruits getting cleaner than usual and then he noticed bubbles coming from his hands. After speculating for a bit he noticed that he was the one making the fruit cleaner and making the bubbles come out. He soon found out that he could take peoples powers from them with his bubbles but it could be washed off with water.
He soon learned his power and planned to learn how to use it. After a while his father got very sickly. After about two or three months of fighting off this deadly disease he died. Kotaru was a little depressed for a while and tried to sell for a bit but it never boosted off since his father died. After a while the local vendors shop had closed down. He had to find something to do and quickly or else his mother wouldn't be able to support herself and the house. So after days and days of taking make shift jobs he soon was a doctors assistant. He actually liked the job and learned a little bit by a little bit. After a year or two his mother became sickly and he tried his best to save her from death's abode by bringing her to various doctors and trying to heal her himself but to no avail his medical and the doctor abilities failed his mother and she died a short while after.
All alone in his city he became depressed again, ate little, and slept maybe for two or three hours at night. He lost the house because he couldnt pay for it and had to live off of the street. Life was going down hill and fast. Kotaru still didnt quit his doctor job and stayed loyal to it even though his life was falling down. If he quit his medical career he would just be a hermit on the streets and he planned no life like that. After a while at his doctoral job the staff there had really thought of Kotaru as a friend and didn't like to see him depressed. So they got him up off his feet and helped him get his life back together by letting him stay at the local inn paying for him and helping him out. Little by little his life got back to order. He managed to keep up his salary and got payed little and little more. He was able to get his own apartment in the village and was able to stay from screwing up his life again. One day while browsing around the village he found a few rare Kunai's selling from a vendor. The vendor was selling them at an average price but Kotaru was able to buy it from him real cheap. Ironically he bought all of them so in case he would break any of them on accident. He figured he could use them on opening up somebody for surgery if he didn't have any doctor utensils around.
After that he put many and many hours into learning and trying to become a chief surgeon. After a while he became as far as he could in his doctoral life. If he ever wanted to get any farther in his life he would have to travel the world but he would be very bored after a while and would need to travel with a crew. So on his own accord he decided to become a pirate doctor and be the best pirate doctor on the sea by learning various and different antidotes and healing remedies. Now he is on the sea looking for a crew that will take him on there ship.
I Have Been Told I Act Like This : Kotaru is what you would call a neat freak. He likes things to be really clean or else it just wont do for Kotaru. He is also a bit of a flirt when it comes to ladies. His eyes turn into hearts when he sees a lady he likes. Kotaru is a pretty cool guy. He is also a very obedient person when told to do something.

Ill Show You What Im Made Of : The fruit's major strength, as demonstrated by Kalifa, is that it gives it's user the user the ability to emit and control soap and bubbles from their body. These bubbles are capable of not only cleaning off dirt but can also "clean off" power. The user can thus essentially drain their opponent's energy with these bubbles and leave them in a clean and shiny state that is extremely smooth. The user can also shield themselves from attacks by condensing these bubbles together around themselves and encasing themselves into a giant bar of soap.
The user's bubbles however, can be washed away by water. Likewise, their smoothened opponents can be returned to normal by being washed by water. Also, although it won't nullify the bubbles' effects, a strong wind will blow them away before they can drain the target of their energy.
