I've been super busy lately.
First my friend's sister got married, my other friend got engaged, my friend's dog died, my friends replaced said dog (they live in a less then stellar neighborhood and need a dog for security), and asked me to move in.
So now I need to find a full-time job to pay the bills and student loan payments. sweatdrop Hopefully, my manager talked to another manager in a different store and I'll be able to transfer there full-time. It's only 4 miles from my future house. heart Opposed to the 24 miles from my future house of my current job. xp And the good news is that I won't have to lose the current pay rate. I'll make the exact same amount since I won't lose my seniority. I will still work for the same company just not the original store I started at.
Plus, Christmas is only 4 days away and I need to do some shopping. None of the gifts are wrapped. I also have to take my step-grandfather #2 out shopping on Wednesday. And I work 8a to 5p on Thursday. Needless to say, I'm going to be so glad when December is over and my life can go back to a relatively normal schedule.

But oh boy is right..
Pregnancy and marriage seems like a fad nowadays.. seems like everybody is doing it.. but congrats to your friends! It's a shame that your other friends pet passed away however, when my cat died I was quite upset..
It's really fortunate about your job too though, I can do that with my job as well, actually. Which is nice. Thank god for unions, woooooo hoooo! Driving less will be nice too, gas isn't cheap (I found that as soon as I started driving on my own.. sweatdrop )
Hopefully you get things tied up for the holidays and a Merry Christmas to you.

Oh jeez, that is super busy. Though, do you have a time where you are not busy anymore? XD
Seriously though, congrats on being able to transfer the job and being close to where you'll live soon. smile

I don't know if I'll be able to transfer yet. The manager from the other store hasn't called my manager back. My manager has called and left him 5 messages to call him back. I may have to beg a favor from the owner and have him call the other manager. stare
I need to keep the job at least two weeks before I move out so that I can get a rough estimate of how much I'll be working and how much I'll make. Then I can figure out a budget of when to pay my rent (we get paid on the 5th and the 20th of every month, rent is due in the beginning of the month), when to pay my car insurance, and when to pay my student loans which come due in April.

Thank you! heart I think I have a better chance of getting the job. The owner, my manager, and my assistant manager/cousin are all pushing me to get the job. Worse comes to worse, I'll accept part-time work there, and part-time work at my current place. 3nodding

I failed to get the transfer. sad They already filled the position 2 weeks ago.
So now, I'm filling out applications to different stores. xd
