Slowly the kingdom prospered and expanded until land to expand became fiercely contested, with two neighboring kingdoms on land and a large island nation encroaching on the sea borders.

Currently another Coastal kingdom, and an Inland Kingdom, are either trading partners or negotiating. However, the Island nation has recently declared war.
Ok this is boring, You are all either entering Eponspike city, or already there, Eponspike city is the capitol Port City. This will have aot more info as we go, but this should give a good idea of a small background. the is a Gigantic castle on top of a hill (Large enough for the dragons to walk through the doorways..,) wall surrounds the area just before the hill begins to slope.
City is you normal wealthy capital port city, with the exception that it has a 50' thick stone and adamantine wall, that extends a bit into the harbor to help protect, harbor towers have ballistas and catapults that hurl flaming barrels full of pitch.
The city hosts many smiths and their workshops, and several barracks for soldiers and what not that feel like sleeping there.
Along with the outer wall of the city, there is an inner wall, the inner wall is twice as high as the outer wall, but only 30' thick. The buildings are arranged so that the farther into the city you get, the taller the buildings. They are set up to give friendly archers better aim against invaders.
