Okay, I've been having trouble sleeping for a long time and it has progressively worsened.
I have: -Problems getting to sleep at night. -Keeping alert throughout the day. -Feelings of tiredness all the time. -Daily activities being disrupted. -Lack of interest in a variety of activities. -Either showing little to no emotion or too much. -Periodic Limb Movement Disorder (PLMD) -Sleep Apnea -Possible Chronic Insomnia -Pale Skin -Lack of focus, and concentration -Cold hands -Flesh coloured lower eyelids(The inside parts, but I think I might be somewhat colour-blind. I wouldn't trust what colour I see for the life of me.) -Fatigue.
I am unsure of what's happening to me, but I think it may be due to a lack of iron in my body. Can anyone help me out here? I'm somewhat concerned for my health, and can't tell if this is a serious issue or one that I can deal with on my own with little guidance from a doctor.

It looks like you need more iron and protein on your body. Protein from eggs and what not and iron from meat. Vitamins help too.

Thanks for the feedback. ;3 I'll see how having a different diet with more iron, and protein goes over before I think about going to my doctor.

It might be a good idea to take multivitamin tablets, in case you need more that one vitamin/mineral to ease your problem. From what you've listed that could be the case. Insomnia could also be stress-related.

My diet is really... ugh, poor. =w= More like dismall.
Usually, I have brown bread(toasted) with peanut butter, fruit, or cereal(Fruit loops, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, or some cereal along those lines).
Lunch, often nothing or whatever comes along like cookies. candy, or some candy. Sometimes, I have a granola bar or two.
Diner is whatever is thrown on the table. Usually some meat, some vegetable(s), and milk or juice.
Stress-related. Yeah, that'd be the tumor that I call my family. >>

Family-life is stressful, I agree there. Its the reality of a group of adults sharing the same domicile.

Dreamis-Tepes It sounds like you need to see a doctor. I hadn't noticed this part in the guild. What an interesting topic. I just remembered I had an account on Gaia lol plus there as some really nice new items to improve my cosplay, but enough about me. lol
Looking at all the symptoms you have posted, Kammie, I would agree with Dreamis-Tepes it is best that you go and seek out advice from medical professionals. Furthermore you seem to have quite a lot troubling you so it's best to get these things seen to, especially as for someone who I assume to be quite young, you seem to be suffering from ailments that would normally only trouble select middle aged groups. -Periodic Limb Movement Disorder (PLMD) -Sleep Apnea.
I hope you are able to overcome these ailments and start to feel better soon, Kammie.

xLeon Belmontx you seem to be suffering from ailments that would normally only trouble select middle aged groups. I'm sorry but I had to laugh at that. Anyways, I think I better get to the issue at hand.
I never knew that PLMD was for select middle age groups, nor I did think the age group was resricted for sleep apena. I've been experiencing since I was very young, and never thought much of it until just recently. Sleep apnea is also something that I've been experiencing since I was very young. There is one major factor that would play into that, or so I think... Very large tonsils. (You could practically use those suckers for marbles.)
Oh, I almost forgot... Yeah, you could conisder me young. And would it help any if I said that I have a very light(mild?) asthma? (Is that even a good thing?)xLeon Belmontx I hope you are able to overcome these ailments and start to feel better soon, Kammie. Thank you. TwT I hope that I start to feel better too... I don't wanna like this forever. (I really want to sleep good. Four or five hours of sleep is not good for me. Makes me very moody, and yes I had very little sleep last night... But I woke up happy.) I0I-Zero-Kiryu-I0I Family-life is stressful, I agree there. Its the reality of a group of adults sharing the same domicile. And I'm not sure where any stress would come from other than school, friends, and family.(I think I might be starting to like Zero now... Your siggy makes me wanna like him for some reason.)

I had insomnia two years ago. Not a great time. Thanks smile Zero is a great character in Vampire Knight. Go on, be a Zero fan...you know you want to... lol

Hopefully, things will be getting better. (But with my mtoher+brother as an "employee monkey" duo... Yeah, I think stress is gonna kill me. Oh, well. Early death for Kammie Kitty.)
Hm, I'll have to get into reading Vampire Knight. Maybe, I can decide which one would be my favourite character. pirate

I used to have the same problem then I started drinking more water and eating better and now I'm fine. Stress of course doesn't help so try to find a way to relieve it. I usually draw or go for a run.

TwT I do need to fix my diet, and other issues relating to my sleeping issues... Especially when I'm still up at four in the morning in the morning, and was tired about seven or eight hours ago... >.<
Hm, I wonder what I'mma gonna post next for issues. Maybe, mental health issues? xD (This is gonna be fun.)
