Headquarters:
Underneath the thriving district of Harajuku, Tokyo. The Harajuku district is between Shinjuku and Shibuya.
There are several entrances all around the district, all are hidden in plain sight. No one but members truly know where it is.
Festivals:
Every festival near Tokyo is attended. By tradition.
Harajuku District:
A major shopping district, clothing and the like.
Shinjuku District:
Home of the Shinjuku Station.
Shibuya District:
Major nightlife area. Usually used for when the brotherhood needs a break.
Σxtra:
The brotherhood has ties to the Yakuza and follows its system. [Which is below]

There is a secret brotherhood of assasins hidden in the shadows of Tokyo's Harajuku, Shibuya and Shinjuku districts... You've heard of them, and heard of their doings and wanted to join them. But how?
You must pass the test. The test is one of courage. You must find one of the entrances, slip inside un-noticed and find one of the bosses. They'll give you a task..
The bosses aren't men. They're, in fact, Sisters. Don't let their appearances differ you.
The first is the stronger, older one. She's also a very good leader.
The second is a bit of an enigma; Quiet and unique. She's very good with weapons.
