Welcome to the Annual NFL Guild Pick of the Week 2009. We will be selecting the winners from 5 NFL games. After you have selected the winning team your choice is final. You must post the teams you are selecting here. Do not PM me your choices. If you don't post here who you are selecting I won't know. Once you have posted you choices here I will add your name to the list of people participating in the event. Remember that this guild event is free. We will keep a record of your wins and the person with the most wins or perhaps win percentage not only gets the bragging rights, and 5000 gold.

The NFL Guild Pick of the Week will be closed 30 minutes before kickoff of the first game.

How the Games are Picked: We try to pick the best match ups looking at odds and past performances and then of course, pretty much the Sunday and Monday Night games.

Three weeks left of the regular season, time to make it count.

Cleveland at Kansas City- The Browns looked their best in their win against Pittsburgh last Thursday. I know their game against Detroit was good, but against the defending Superbowl champions, very good. The Chiefs have been struggling, and Matt Cassell isn't playing as well as he should be.
WINNER- CLEVELAND BROWNS

Miami at Tennessee- Vince still isn't at 100%, But the Titans are looking dangerous. Miami is making a strong bid though to potentially snatch the AFC East from New England, or even sneak into the playoffs as a wild card. tough call, but I'll go with the Dolphins.
WINNER- MIAMI DOLPHINS

Green Bay at Pittsburgh- Lets face it, after their loss to the Browns, this team has lost it's gruff. Green Bay on the other hand is in a very strong position to wrap up a wild card birth with a win... and some outside help (Dallas and or N.Y. Giants loosing)
WINNER- GREEN BAY PACKERS

Minnesota at Carolina- The Vikings are fighting for a first round bye and are still alive for home field. The Panthers are just fighting for pride and hope to avoid a loosing season. But unfortunately for Carolina, that won't happen as Favre will lead the Vikes to another win.
WINNER- MINNESOTA VIKINGS

N.Y. Giants at Washington- The Redskins have shown some life and fight in them. the G-men are on the verge of collapse and missing the playoffs all together. But I will give the defending NFC East champions the benefit of the doubt to with this divisional match up.
