Personality: Most of the time she is determined to train herself to get better at controlling her shinigami powers. She is the kind of person who will dismiss a party among her squad or friends if she can find someone who can strengthen the skills she already knows or teach her some new ones. If at all possible she prefers to fight rather than talk. During fights when she is beginning to lose she has been known to be overcome by a blood lust, this heightened emotion causes her reiatsu to fluctuate to a higher level which usually goes out of control.

Physical Description: She stands a little under five foot eight inches; because of her height her weight seemed to spread out quite nicely, she curves in at the waist, but just enough to have definitive. By no standards has she ever been referred to as truly curvy but she manages to get by. The build of her body is borderline pure athletic since she barely has much eye catching tone to her muscles yet she is still thin and appears to keep in shape. Across her left arm is a tattoo of a white dragon that descends to her palm in a spiral fashion. Great detail has been taken in for this tattoo, upon close examination one can see the shading of every scale across its body.
Her face is that of someone who has seen battle many times across her life. It is quite rare that she ever truly smiles, her expression is locked into a constant distant look as if she really isn't paying attention to anything anyone is saying around her. The hair upon her head is so smooth that it appears to be made of silk, the shimmering hazel color given off in the light is truly one of her most highlighted features.
The clothes that she wear as a shinigami are the same as any shinigami, except the left arm sleeve has been taken off neatly without ripping the seems of the shoulder. Her clothes for the world of the living are mostly pure white without a single stain on any of them. She wears a long sleeve buttoned up shirt made of silk on her torso, the left arm of which has been removed in a way that makes it seem natural to the shirt's design, which reveals her dragon tattoo. No where at the top of the sleeve was it ripped, each seem was carefully removed leaving a neat clean opening at the shoulder of her left arm. On the other arm the sleeve remains with a buttoned pocket facing away from her body located right under the seem at her shoulder. Mostly small poison darts are carried here, the darts only sedate her foes since she doesn't trust poison to do what she feels her zanpaktou can do better.
Her pants are of the same color as the shirt she wears, but not made of the same material. They are wide all the way up to the waist were it closes in on her figure. Most have said that her pants resemble that of the shinigami's except they are all white. The material flows quite easily allowing for perfect movement while wearing them and there is a single pocket on the right side less than an inch away from the waist of the pants.
Zanpakuto Name and Sealed Description: Ryuusei (Falling Star) In its sealed state it resembles a b*****d sword, its blade is wide and straight, near the guard is an inscription that reads "The Falling Dragon." When her shikai is achieved the inscription will give of a constant resonating red light that pulsates brighter as her temper flares. The guard, made up of five silver strands that twist alongside each other forming a spiral guard that arcs down to the bottom of the handle completely guarding the knuckle of its wielder. The handle is long enough for both hands to be effective in holding it and is wrapped in a sturdy blue material that wraps over it in a criss-cross fashion. She often receives wierd looks over the size of her unreleased zanpaktou.

Call Phrase: "Let all mourn in their destruction! Ryuusei!"
Shikai: Her normal zanpaktou blade shatters causing the fragments to begin to fall. At first appearance the fragments seem as if they are falling into a uniform pattern, resembling two side by side blades, but then they stop in mid-fall. Each points inward and the guard of her zanpaktou forms together into a solid piece. Immediately afterward the shards disintegrate into reiatsu and reform as into two resonating black blades coming up from the hilt of her zanpaktou one in front of the other, both facing in opposite directions.
Shikai Abilities: When her shikai is released she is able to use it to call black lightning that focuses as a ball at the guard between the two blades then moves swiftly down the blades and launches in a cone like effect in front of her. The black lightning that is released this way drains the reaitsu of whoever it comes into contact with. The trouble with using this is if it does not make contact with an opponent it drains a rather large amount of reiatsu from its weilder. Aside from that when her shikai is released, her zanpkatou pours reiatsu into her body and drastically increases her strength.
Bankai: (Not yet achieved) Her bankai summons fourth a massive black dragon, along its back is a row of scales that protrude form the rest, giving the appearance of spikes down its back. Its body is serpent like with four legs and no wings. Despite not having wings it is still able to fly. Its mouth is lined with two rows of sharp teeth and its eyes pulsate a dark red color. In this form her own abilities are dramatically increased, and the dragon can spew fourth a cone of reiatsu that erodes its targets at a rapid pace causing high amounts of damage to their bodies and the amount of reiatsu at ther disposal.

Skills: Her specialties were in that of using her zanpaktou, since she wasn't adept in using most of the Kidou taught to her.
Bio: Emelia never had it hard growing up, she lived in a moderately wealthy home where she was treated well and given almost everything she wanted, within reason of course. From a very young age she began to show signs that her reiatsu was higher than that of a normal child. Before she attended school she was able to summon up her reiatsu into balls of light that would illuminate an entire room. As she began to play with what she could do she taught herself to push things using a physical manifestation of her reiatsu, while watching Emi from afar her parents always had the intention of sending her away to become a shinigami.
When she was finally old enough recruiters from the academy came to her home and observed how well she could control her reiatsu. After a few days they came back and told her to pack her things. She left home that day, and didn't return for quite some time. As things progressed she threw away most notion of controlling reiatsu and focused on working with her zanpaktou. In sparring matches she preferred hand to hand over anything else.
Most of her Kido training involved spells blowing up in her face so she didn't focus on them very much. Instead she trained day and night so that she would be unmatched with her zanpaktou. She was constantly made fun of since she could not use kido, but none of her classmates insults mattered to her as long as she was beating them in the arena. The way she figured at the time was if she could interrupt the incantation then kido was useless.
She continued like this for some time, eventually rising to the top of her class and being moved forward into the advanced class. However when she got there, she found she could not match up to the other students since some of them could use kido without an incantation. Her previous strategy no longer worked so she was forced into focusing on her kido. Still she was no good at it.
Emi constantly left during the night to practice her kido so that she may have equal footing in a fight against her class, but she made no progress for quite some time. Eventually she was threatened to be put back into her old class since she didn't quite grasp shinigami powers as her instructor put it Emi finally owned up. Her heightened emotion gave way to her first succesful cast of Hado number 4, Byakuri. After finally being able to do it she was extremely pleased with herself. This is still the only offensive kido she knows to date.

Very nice and well put. There's really only one thing that I think should be changed, but it's just a minor cosmetic change. The inscription can be on your sword, but it will only begin glowing after you attain you Shikai. That sound good?
But in all other regards, welcome to the club. wink
