 |Hawkthrone Academy| Hawkthrone Academy, established in 1902 by Nick Leed in a secluded area of rolling hills and warm weather in the summer and spring but with freezing temperatures in the winter.
This academy was built for the top, academic students from all of the country. Studying is taken seriously as well as the students well being.
Naturally, there are school uniforms that will be provided for students but every other Friday and weekends at this boarding school, is "free day" where the students may dress down and do not have to wear their uniforms.
Hawkthrone Academy awards scholarships to students with top academic grades to a school of their choosing. Scholarships are also provided for students who want to attend but cannot pay his or her school fees.
Hawkthrone Academy, however, holds mystery and secrets because of its age. Rumors float about the school that Nick Leed cleverly placed a rare teasure located somewhere on the school grounds. Even with a through search of the ground, it was never found.  |Classes| Six classes are to be choosen. There are various clubs that a student may join and if a studen wants to take a seventh class please write to Head Mistress Sophia Howards. Each class is an hour long. Clubs are after classes. Leggings, stockings, or tights may be worn. **Shirts do not need to be tucked in. ***Gray vests can be worn and school color sweatshirts with uniforms. |School & Grounds| Forest The forest surrounds the back of the school and continues for miles. It also contains trials that travel through the forest but lead any student back to Hawkthorne. Lake A lake sits kiddy corner from the school. In the winter, it freezes and students enjoy ice skating on the small lake. Bedroom The colors are not permenant. Any student may arrange his or her room as they please, as long as it does not interferr with his or her roomate which will be on the other side of in the same room. Abby dragged her suitcase behind her as it wheeled around the hallways. She hadn't been to a boarding school before and it was exciting for her.
She made it up two flights of stairs and down another hallway before she arrived at her room. "Number one, how lovely," She whispered and walked in.
Abby enoughed the sight and placement of items on her side of the room and wondered if she was assigned a roommate. Of course, the Head Mistress said students would be notified. She didn't dread it too much and began to unpack her things before going out and exploring the school. Abby walked down to the second floor to take in her surroundings.

Cole carried his heavy trunk up a singular flight of stairs, holding it just above his head. He had never been to a school like this in his life, and the weight of his trunk gave him an excuse to slow down and take a look at the place. But he came across his room quickly enough as it was, his room being the very first one.
He opened the door tentatively to reveal what would become his room. It wasn't much, but it was good enough for him, he decided. And he'd been told he would be allowed to change it up a bit, too. So Cole set his trunk upon his bed, and sat down next to it. Well, he didn't really want to unpack right now- he wanted to go out and explore the school. So he left his room to survey the hallway. The first thing he saw was a girl, standing just a few feet away and looking all around.
"Hi," Cole said after a moment, walking slowly toward her.

Abby turned around and stuffed her hands into her back pockets of her jeans. She gave a smile and took a few steps towards him.
"Hello," She answered. "I'm Abby," She stated.
She let her blue orbs wander of to his door number as she stood off the side to await his reply.

Cole grinned, and offered Abby his hand in greeting.
"I'm Cole, Cole Jeffries," he said with a friendly smile. He was very nervous meeting new people, especially girls. He was generally, quite the shy guy at first.

Abby smiled and took his hand to shake it. "Nice to meet you," She said.
"Is this your first year in a boarding school?" She asked trying to keep the conversation going. "Would you care to come exploring with me? I know it sounds odd but I'm fairly new here," Abby explained as she blushed.

Abby nodded. "That's cool. It's pretty exciting to be a first year. Gets your mind thinking," She stated and began to walk down the hallway.
She shrugged. "Not really sure. Just exploring this large school would be helpful and fun, I guess," Abby laughed slightly and blushed. She turned and looked at Cole. "Sorry for being so out there in conversation."
