I can answer many queston about drawing anime... I can be call a "proffetional" since I'm creating my own anime...

well to be really skillful at trying to progress your art
hopefully this helps.
you should try giving her a body to give her curves so that she won't look awkward standing normally i use to draw like that until i realised that my character didn't have a butt i couldn't give my oc any movement so it would just stand there doing nothing..... your artwork is good but just keep practicing and you will be better

I can draw stuff like you explain... but in my anime... that girl is an Idol who post in magazine... I can't make her full of movement or it won't fit...
