Okay, this is for the noble phantasm, to get a noble phantasm's level you must submit an RP sample, for one it helps allow people to have the right level of attacks that suit themselves, while also it wouldn't be right giving a noob a extrmely stong one. So to solve this please submit me a RP sample using the following rules:

D Rank - 2 sentences of RP using it

C Rank - 1 Paragraph of RP sample

B Rank - 1 Paragraph 2 sentences

A Rank - 2 Paragraphs. Each one will be an attack and a dodge/block or counter.
