Usually I'd tell you when to recruit more members, but you can invite whoever you want right now since we have few active members

Really, it seems this is just a matter of members being inactive. Most members go inactive and the few left have no one to converse with, and that's, where I think, the others also do so.

Inactivity is a chain reaction, when a guild starts you need active friends to back it up so you can get it going... Starting with a low population creates trouble because many people go inactive because there's a low amount of or just no active members at all. It's why I went inactive up until now.
