Cabbage and Spinach Stir-fry

Ingredients
1/4 Wombok / Chinese Cabbage, chopped
1 handful Spinach leaves
1Tbsp Sesame Seeds
2tsp Paprika
1tsp Unsalted Butter

Method
1. Heat the butter in a pan on medium heat.
2. Once the butter has melted and the pan is hot, place the sesame seeds in the pan and stir until brown.
3. Add the spinach and the cabbage and stir until wilted.
4. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the paprika and let cool.

You can either leave this as is or do what I did and add a can of tuna with the liquid drained. I put it over rice, and it tasted quite good.
